Located on the Fraser Highway, just east of Langley, BC, the mall was originally constructed in 1977 as the area's only enclosed shopping centre.

Presently comprised of some 100,000 square feet of gross leaseable space, the site will be redeveloped to include 120 bed convalescent care home, creek-front townhomes, expanded ground floor retail with apartment residences above and expanded commercial and institutional spaces - truly making it the aptly named ALDERGROVE TOWN CENTRE.
